We had a bed bug problem last year in a bedroom space. The customer service and response time from the bed bug barrier team was quick, professional and above and beyond. We were contacted to ensure the product arrived and a short period of time after receiving the product to make sure it was meeting our needs.
When I ordered the bed bug mattress covers I was expecting a noisy hospital quality almost plastic product would arrive. I was and am very surprised and happy by the quality of the product, the fabric is soft and comfortable whilst also being noiseless and durable.
We haven’t had any bed bug concerns since.
Overall outstanding service and product.
It has given me great piece of mind to know there is an easy eco-friendly solution.
