The customer service at Bed Bug Barrier was great – the people on the phone were helpful and responsive and did everything they could to get the products to me as quickly as possible. One person even told me to send him SMS messages with any questions if needed and everyone was very helpful. This makes a big difference when you have a situation as traumatic as bed bugs.
