My purpose for the bed bug envelope wasn’t for controlling bed bugs or the like, but more for rejuvenating the mattress in a rental property equipped with a very expensive cushion-top mattress. The bed bug envelope holds the mattress protector and the foam mattress topper securely in place on top of the mattress.
It works very satisfactorily for this purpose.
